Allu Arjun Focusing On Icon, Pre-production In Full Swing

Allu Arjun, who is currently occupied with Pushpa Part 1 - The Rise, looks set to take his immediate next project, Icon onto the floors once he is done with the Sukumar directorial. He has started focusing on Icon, which will be helmed by Sriram Venu who recently delivered a big hit with Pawan Kalyan's Vakeel Saab. Sriram has locked the script already and the pre-production works are being carried out at a brisk pace now. The unit is getting things done without much noise. They are focusing on finalizing the principal cast and crew for the project. The makers are already in search of the right music director for the Allu Arjun starrer.
Allu Arjun and Sriram Venu are planning to rope in a happening Bollywood music composer for Icon as they believe the film has a pan-India appeal and it can be taken closer to Hindi audiences if Bollywood music composers come on board. The makers are planning to initiate talks with a few top music directors in Bollywood and the same will be finalized in the next few weeks. It is unclear if the makers will be roping in a Bollywood music composer for the Hindi version and then onboard a south Indian music composer for the regional language versions or stick with the same music composer for all languages.
Icon will be promoted as a pan-India film and Dil Raju, who had bankrolled Sriram's previous film, Vakeel Saab will be funding this film as well. The makers are anticipating that Allu Arjun will wrap up Pushpa Part 1 - The Rise in a couple of months and he will then be available for Icon's shoot.
