Was Bunny afraid of Vaitla hattrick ?

Directors prepare their stories keeping a particular hero in mind. Nobody is sure..whether they will end up making the film with the same hero or not. It's a common thing in the fim industry. Similarly, Srinu Vaitla who is getting ready for the release of his latest film 'Mister' said that he has narrated 'Mister' subject to a big star initially but he went with Varun Tej later as he felt Varun will suit the hero role more.
Then who is that big star hero Vaitla approached initially ? 'Mister' hero Varun Tej revealed about this later that it was none other than Bunny. He said that "Bunny liked 'Mister' story very much..but he felt that the story suits me more and suggested my name".
What Bunny felt might be true to some extent.. but one should not forget the fact that director Srinu Vaitla delivered back to back disasters 'Aaagdu' with Mahesh Babu and 'Bruce Lee' with Ram Charan before he commenced 'Mister'. Going by this, some are saying that Bunny must have been scared of the fact that 'Mister' is going to be Vaitla's hattrick. We can't rule out the logic completely.. what say folks ?
