Dev Sai Ganesh is a die-hard fan of Stylish Star Allu Arjun. As the boy is terminally ill patient and he has one last wish i.e., to meet Allu Arjun. Dev's brother conveyed the information to Allu Arjun through Twitter and requested to meet the fan. When Allu Arjun came to know about his ailing fan, he went to Anakapalle and spend some time with the fan and he even offered Rs.10 lakh for the treatment.
