An Allu mark appreciation!

Megastar Chiranjeevi, among the actors is known for calling his fellow actors and directors to appreciate their efforts whenever he watches their films or hear good things about them. He seldom ends up working with them and that is being continued by his family members too. His close friend and producer, Allu Aravind, has a habit of calling his colleagues and appreciating them as well.
He recently, called Mirayala Ravinder Reddy and appreciated him for spending money wisely on what is required for the film, after watching Jaya Janaki Nayaka. The producer got surprised but he is happy that the movie is being appreciated in B and C centres. With appreciation from a senior producer he is pleased too.
Several Industry insiders suggested that Allu Arjun too appreciates potential directors and writers. Well, he did call Vakkantham Vamsi and appreciated him after Temper success. Now he is working with him. He did the same with VV Vinayak after watching Dil, ended up working with him in Bunny. Then, he appreciated Puri Jagannadh after watching Pokiri, ended up working with him in Deshamuduru. He appreciated Krish after Gamyam and worked with him in Vedam. You do get the pattern right?!
Well, we can say one thing Allu family appreciates the new talent and are more welcoming than many in the Industry. That's a good trait but they do work with them and this is seen by some as a call for booking of these writers and producers to make films with them! For now, their observation holds true, doesn't it?
