Air India has always come under severe criticism for poor customer service, delay in flights and among many. After Union Minister M Venkaiah Naidu, Bollywood actress Ameesha Patel came down heavily on the Government run Airlines.
While being on the Air India to Banaras for the shoot of 'Bhaiyaji Superhit' with Sunny Deol and Arshad Warsi, Ameesha didn't hesitate to call it the shittiest airline on earth after she found the staff unhelpful. She further added, 'Off on the worst airline Air India.. Constant delays .. Suddenly a business class flight becomes all economy last minute.. Staff doesn't want to help . HHahaha all of us keeping the spirits up ... Even though it's an air India journey .. Positive threesome'.
