Why Big B Threatened To Quit Twitter?

Bollywood Superstar Amitabh Bachchan is very active in the social media even though he is 74-year old. The number of followers on his Facebook and Twitter pages will surely envy the young stars of Bollywood. Recently, Amitabh Bachchan seems to have got upset with the Twitter and he threatened to quit the social media platform.
He tweeted that "T 2599 - TWITTER ..!!!?? you reduced my number of followers .. !!??HAHAHAHAHAHAHA .. !! that's a joke .. time to get off from you .. thank you for the ride .. ..there are many 'other' fish in the sea - and a lot more exciting !!"
Whether is he really upset over the reduction of the number of followers or he is just pranking at us, many prominent personalities on Twitter lost nearly one million followers across the world as US federal and state agencies started investigating agencies which sell fake followers. Amitabh Bachchan reportedly lost 60,000 followers in the recently. It is not clear whether Big B reacted to this development or not but his tweet has grabbed the attention of the netizens.
