Why Did Anasuya Do This?

Hate messages are common for celebrities in the social media. A controversial anchor like Anasuya must have got habituated to such things by now. Netizens targeted her several times in the past and trolled her. It is known that Anasuya comments on Allu Arjun turned out to be a huge controversy and Bunny fans targeted her at that time. Anasuya was very strong and she stood firm on her ground dealing with the troll messages at that time. But she has surprised everybody by exiting from Twitter and Facebook recently because of an issue.
It is known that there are allegations on Anasuya that she has broken the mobile phone of a small boy while he was trying to take a selfie with her. The mother of that boy complained about Anasuya later.. Hyderabad police responded to this complaint on Twitter by tagging Anasuya. Then Anasuya responded in a satiric manner saying that she did nothing wrong and this is an attempt to defame her.
Even though Anasuya is trying to cover up the issue, netizens are saying that it is Anasuya's mistake and they started trolling her. Unable to handle the trolling and hate messages, Anasuya left Twitter and FB. It is really surprising to the audience because she effectively handled such situations in the past. She even gave strong counters to the netizens at that time. Then why did she leave the social media now?
