So many young people who entered the industry aspiring to become directors are getting old before making their debut. Only some people can survive all the insults and hardships to establish their careers in the industry. One of the directors who succeeded in his career after a lot of struggles is Anil Ravipudi.
Anil Ravipudi started his career as a ghost writer but failed to get a good recognition. He always states that Jandhyala was his inspiration to enter the movie industry. When he was in in his childhood he wrote a script called Tirupati Prayanam and directed it.
After that Anil decided to become a director. After completing B.Tech he came to Hyderabad and met Thammudu movie director Arun Prasad who is also a cousin to Anil. As he was busy with Gowtham SSC movie Anil didn't get a chance.
But after some days he called Anil and asked him to be the assistant director. Later Anil worked as a ghost writer. After writing the Patas script, he met with so many heroes asking for a chance. Finally Hero Kalyan Ram trusted him and accepted to do the movie. Anil claims that he has never read books but watch Trivikram and Bapu's movies a lot.
Pataas movie unit has stated so many times that Anil ravipudi directed the movie without having the script paper in his hand which proves the love Anil has for his script. Although his second movie Supreme with Sai Dharam Tej didn't give him the expected result, he has kept all his hopes on his upcoming movie Raja the Great which is gearing up to hit the Silver screens tomorrow.
