If we consider the Telugu cinema music in the last two decades, Devi Sri Prasad has dominated the scene like anything. He has delivered several musical blockbusters. He has introduced a different type of entertaining music to the Telugu cinema. He has been experimenting without crossing the boundaries of commercial music and he is reinventing himself all the time.

But criticism is increasing on Devi's music recently that it is becoming routine and he is not coming out of his format. His latest album 'MCA' has offered nothing new. It has severely disappointed the audience and he attracted criticism as well. Devi faced such criticism for no other album in the recent times. Surprisingly, when Devi disappointed the music lovers with 'MCA' album, two other music directors came up with wonderful albums. They are Anup Rubens and Anirudh Ravichander.

Anup scored music for 'Hello' and it is getting a superb response. Anup gave very good albums whenever he teamed up with director Vikram Kumar. Anup almost matched the magic of 'Ishq'.. 'Manam' with his latest album 'Hello'. On the other hand, Trivikram has chosen Anirudh over Devi for 'Agnyaathavaasi' and he is coming up with a superb output. Two singles were out from Pawan film and both received tremendous response from the music lovers. Baitikochi Chuste, Gaali Vaaluga turned out to be instant hits. There is a buzz that the entire album is good and it is going to create a sensation.

When Devi delivered a weak audio, Anup.. Aniurudh came up with rocking albums and posed a huge threat to him. If Devi doesn't come up with wonderful music for 'Rangasthalam'.. 'Bharath Ane Nenu', he will have a tough time in future.
