Even though they might have done films in several genres.. they might have impressed the audience.. but when it comes to mythological roles, there is no better actor than our legendary Nandamuri Taraka Ramarao. Even actors from other film industries accept this. He has impressed the audience with several mythological characters like no other actor did. It is surprising to know that NTR is the reference for this generation Bollywood actors when it comes to mythological roles.
Anup Singh Thakur entered South films with Suriya starrer S3. He is saying that he used to watch NTR's mythological films when he was doing TV serials. Anup Singh has won the Mr. India title and got a chance to act in a serial. He played Dhrutarashtra role in Mega serial 'Mahabharath' in Hindi. He said that he was guided to watch NTR's mythological films before taking up Dhrutarashtra role. He is saying that "I've watched several NTR films..those were useful to me as references..I have learned a lot from NTR".
Anup Singh impressed with his villain role S3. He is playing villain role in Sai Dharam Tej's upcoming film Winner . He played psycho villain role in Puri Jagannadh's Rogue.
