Balayya approves Puri's Shocking Choice

Seems like, Puri Jagannath is forced to comprise on the Cast & Crew of #Balayya101 due to budget constraints. It is learnt that Puri was asked to wrap up the entire shoot within a budget of Rs 25 crore (Excluding Rs 10 crore remuneration of Balakrishna). This Rs 25 crore including pay packages of rest of the Cast & Crew, Making Cost & Expenditure for Post Production Work.
Obviously, Puri Jagannath can't afford to rope leading Actors and Technicians for Balayya's next because of the same reason. That's the reason he decided to cast debutantes in all the key roles including that of female leads. One more shocking decision here is to sign Anup Rubens as the composer for Balayya-starrer.
Anup Rubens is mostly known for his soothing melodies. Whereas, Balakrishna is a hero whom masses love immensely. How can this combination work?
Sources close to the unit say, Anup Rubens proved he could give terrific Mass Tunes with 'Katamarayudu'. Most importantly, Puri shares a good rapport with him and their combo clicked well (Heart Attack, Temper, Ism). Anup was roped purely on the basis of merit.
