Doubts on Baahubali heroine's look

Baahubali: The Conclusion's new poster that was released other day and it boasted a sexy look of Anushka Shetty on the poster. There comes the doubts.
Actually Anushka is not slim looking post the release of Size Zero as she has grown superior fat for that film. Later she didn't got slimmed and looked little plump in some recents as well. That's the reason we have to doubt if Anushka's looks on the poster are modified in Photoshop software.
Seems like her hot curves are not a realistic possibility if her figures isn't corrected digitally.
