Until a few months back, we had two films releasing on the same day in theatres and competing with each other. Now, we have come to a situation where two films are releasing on the same day but in two different OTT platforms.
As we know, star heroine Anushka's mystery thriller 'Nishabdham' will be released in Amazon Prime Video on 2nd October. The trailer created a decent buzz on this film and with a stellar cast like Anushka, Madhavan, Anjali, Michael Madsen, Shalini Pandey, Subbaraju and others, 'Nishabdham' surely is one of the awaited movies. It is also being released in Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada languages.
On the other hand, Raj Tarun's 'Orey Bujjiga' is releasing in Aha on the same date. Malavika Nair is the heroine in this romantic entertainer. As October 2nd is a national holiday, both the films are aiming to gain maximum viewership. While it cannot be termed as competition, it is exciting to observe how times have changed in the film industry. This is the first time in Tollywood where we can see the clash of release dates in the digital space.
