Music Director turns 49, Says 'Lucky not 50 yet'

A.R.Rahman is responsible for the changeover of Music arena in Indian Cinema right from the 90s decade. He changed the way sound was heard in Indian Films and introduced all types of music. The Oscar-winning composer turned 49 on Wednesday. On the eve he thanked his fans for inspiring him to churn out beautiful music every year.Rehman thanked all his followers for their wishes and feels that he was lucky for not turning 50.

" To my dearest friends, fans, family and well-wishers... Thank you for your kind birthday wishes, prayers and affection. You inspire me to work harder and make even more beautiful music. Luckily, I am not yet 50. May the Almighty keep us all united, keep our hearts pure and compassionate. Let us make the world a beautiful place with connected wisdom, love and care," Rahman posted on his Facebook page. Interestingly, today it is his son Ammen's birthday too.

Rehman was recently roped to become part if Shankar's prestigious film Robot 2.0.Tupaki wishes the Mozart of Madras a very happy birthday!
