AR Rahman Opens Up About Why He Is Not Working On Hindi Films!

AR Rahman is a name that needs no introduction. He is a legendary music composer who won two Oscar awards. His tunes are magical and can touch your heart. He worked in Tamil, Hindi and Telugu industries and even composed music for some English movies.
But of late, he is working only in South Indian films and many are wondering why he is not often seen in Bollywood films like before. There is a talk that he had a feud with Salman Khan which is why he is not getting any offers in Hindi. In a recent interview with Radio Mirchi, AR Rahman opened up about this issue.
An old video is becoming viral now where AR Rahman and Salman were sharing a stage together. At that time, Salman asked Rahman when he will be composing music for his film and even funnily said that Rahman is an average composer. Later, when a person asked Rahman about the same thing, he said that he works with Salman only if the latter select good stories.
Rahman said that it was said in a light-hearted way but Salman fans took it seriously. In 2014, Salman and Rahman had an issue regarding 'Jai Ho' title. 'Jai Ho' is AR Rahman's Oscar-winning composition and the music director is given a patent over that name.
Rahman says that some evil forces formed a mafia and are spreading rumors against him which is why he is getting no offers in the North. Rahman said that they are spreading that he doesn't compose songs quickly and takes a lot of time which made many filmmakers choose other composers instead. These comments by Rahman are creating a storm on the internet.
