Actor Nikhil Siddhartha's 'Arjun Suravaram' surpassed everyone's expectations. The film was kept in the boxes for a long time because of financial issues and there was very low buzz on the film prior to its release. But the content impressed everyone and the film struck gold at the box-office.
It grossed 21 crores worldwide with the share minting up to 9.89 crores by the end of its theatrical run. The film was sold for 6 crores and it resulted in profits for every buyer. The producers too were benefitted with the satellite and digital rights.
Directed by TN Santosh, 'Arjun Suravaram' is a remake of Tamil film 'Kanithan' starring Atharva. The film deals with the scams prevailing in the educational system.
