Audience Await Big Releases As Tollywood Welcomes 2023!

After a decent last year, 2023 has arrived and people are expecting a lot from this year. Apart from quality content-based films, there are some biggies that are lined up to hit the screens this year. The competition is going to start right from the Sankranti season and we will be witnessing a lot of star heroes gearing up to prove their stamina at the box office in 2023.
The first in the list is Nandamuri Balakrishna's 'Veera Simha Reddy' which is hitting the screens on 12th January. It is followed by Megastar Chiranjeevi's 'Waltair Veerayya' which will be coming out on 13th January. The Sankranti battle between the senior heroes is expected to be an epic one.
After that, Chiranjeevi is going to complete 'Bholaa Shankar' which is being made by Meher Ramesh while Balayya will join hands with hit director Anil Ravipudi. These two films are also likely to hit the screens this year. Coming to Prabhas, he will have two pan-Indian releases this year.
His mythological drama 'Adipurush' will be hitting the marquee in June and there is a lot of speculation over this project. The next in line is 'Salaar' directed by Prasanth Neel. The makers already announced that the movie will be released on 28th September.
Pawan Kalyan will be arriving with his period drama 'Hari Hara Veera Mallu' during this summer season while superstar Mahesh Babu and Trivikram's much-awaited project is expected to release on 28th April as announced. There are humongous expectations on this super hit combo.
Ram Charan is working under Shankar's direction and it may release during the Dasara season if everything goes according to plan. #NTR30 will start after the Sankranti season and we need to wait and see if Koratala Siva wraps up the film at a quick pace and releases the pan-Indian project this year or pushes it towards 2024. The same is the case with 'Pushpa – The Rule'. While the fans are hoping that it would release by the end of 2023, everything rests in the hands of star director Sukumar.
Apart from these big heroes, Ravi Teja will be coming with 'Raavanasura' and he will be seen in 'Waltair Veerayya' too. Knowing his speed, he may release another film in 2023 as well. Naga Chaitanya has 'Custody' under Venkat Prabu's direction lined up while Natural star Nani will be arriving with his pan-Indian film 'Dasara' in the first half of this year. Akhil's 'Agent' is expected to release either in February or March while Vijay's 'Khushi' is going to release in the summer season. There are other notable projects like Ram and Boyapati's film and 'Tillu Square' too. Let us hope that 2023 is a very profitable year for Tollywood.
