Awards announced for Baahubali team

Rajamouli is known to be a workaholic and the ace director was fully aware about how to made others to work.The tough taskmaster once again came up with an innovative idea and he has launched a campaign called 'Star of the Week' which identifies the hard workers of the Bahubali team on weekly basis.
The campaign had started one week back and the award goes to three technicians named Ghouse, Lagaan and Srinu.
“Last week, when there was an internal shortage of manpower, these three artists stepped up to make sure shoot started on time. They have taken complete ownership of their work and given their heart and soul in managing thousands of junior artists during the war schedule. Thank you so much for your extraordinary dedication and hard work!” read a post on the film's official Facebook page
" Not only did they dress themselves up early, they helped the costume department in dressing up the remaining 350-400 artists.This is usually a tough job as it involves dealing with tying shoes using pieces of cloth, necklaces, amulets and other jewelry items, thereby saving the day," the post read further.
Rajamouli should be appreciated for his approach of identifying hard workers and hope all these efforts will deliver an Industry hit in 2015.
