China Release: Change In Strategy For BB2

'Baahubali: The Beginning' was a blockbuster everywhere but not in China. Filmmakers released 'Baahubali: The Beginning' in China exactly one year after the India release. But the movie did not achieve expected result in China. Coming to the present, Baahubali producers are devising new strategies to catpure China market this time.
As Aamir Khan's 'Dangal' has created sensation in China by collecting Rs.1000 crore, there is a widespread opinion that the Chinese market has been opened for Indian films. This is going to be an advantage for 'Baahubali 2' release in China. Meanwhile the makers are also taking precautions for 'Baahubalii 2' release this time. Baahubali producer has revealed sometime back that the distribution issues has impacted the result of 'Baahubali: The Beginning'. So, they have already rectified the issue, by giving the 'Baahubali 2' distribution to E Stars Media, which has distributed Dangal in China.
They are looking for a pefect timing to release the film in China. Baahubali makers are planning to carry out strong promotional activities before the release. They are planning to release in 6500 theaters in China. Eventhough the theater count is less than 'Dangal', but still it is a wider release. We have to wait and see whether these measures will yield results this time or not.
