Baahubali Makers - You Charged Rs 50 For What?

If the report published in an English Daily is to be believed, Baahubali Producers and Multiplexes which screened the magnum opus has cheated the public to the tune of Rs 100 crore. Charging Rs 50 more on each Ticket costing Rs 150 sans the consent of the Government is being treated as illegal.
Ch Divakar Babu, an RTI Activist, reported the violation of norm by Baahubali Makers and Multiplexes to Chief Secretary. He, however, didn't receive proper response from the Government so far. Then, State Information Commissioner was approached by the Artist to obtain necessary information. Mr.Divakar finally received the details a year later.
As per the Government reply, No permission was granted for Multiplexes to levy Rs 50 additional charge on each ticket. Which means, Baahubali Producers and Multiplexes has gone against the rules for amassing more revenue. Will Government take any action at least after the public came to know how they have been cheated?
