Baahubali-2, KGF Chapter 2 and next Pushpa 2?

Pushpa The Rise released late last year with mixed reviews in Telugu. Allu Arjun believed in the movie but Sukumar needed time to finish the project as well as he wished.
Still, he delivered a movie that did not reach expectations of his fans in Telugu but it created a sensation in Hindi. Majority of people even in Telugu states connected to Pushpa Raj character and now the second part needs a better story.
The team planned to start filming few months ago but decided against it after looking at the craze for Pushpa. Sukumar has decided to spend more time on pre-production and even producers have decided to give him that much of time.
Baahubali 2 took 42 crores opening day number in Hindi marking a huge debut for any South Indian dubbed film on day one. Now, KGF Chapter 2 recorded a gross of 65 crores and a Nett of 53.74 crores making it the highest day one opener ever in Hindi.
Movie sustained the momentum and crossed Rs. 100 crores Nett gross in just two days in Hindi markets. It surely seems to have momentum and talk to breach 1000 crores mark. If that will happen, then KGF Chapter 2 will be fourth Indian movie to reach 1000 crores mark behind Baahubali-2, Dangal and RRR.
Pushpa 2 has all the potential to open as big as Baahubali-2 if not as KGF Chapter 2. It needs strong teaser, better album and even better script. Allu Arjun's dream to become a South Indian wide star seems to be achievable if Pushpa 2 delivers as big a hit as Baahubali 2 and KGF Chapter 2. Will be it able to do so? Let's hope it does!
