Baahubali 2 And Mersal With Highest Nominations

The SIIMA 2018 Awards have become the talk of the town. The audience of all the four languages is eagerly waiting for the awards. The nominations lists for the awards are already out. In the category of best film, the movies that are competing to grab the award are Gautamiputra Satakarni, Nene Raju Nene Mantri, Baahubali 2, Ghazi and Shatamanam Bhavati.
Out of this 5 movies, Bahubali 2 has its name in the in the nominations of 12 awards. Coming to the Tamil and Malayalam movies, Ilayathalapathy Vijay's Mersal has its name in 12 nominations and Vikram Veda is listed in 9 nominations.
Malayalam movie 'Parava' occupied the first place with 10 nominations and Tondimuthalum Driksakshiyum is with 9 nominations. On the other hand in Kannada, Puneeth Rajkumar's Rajakumara movie and Rashmika Mandanna's Chamak is in 9 nominations.
