By: Tupaki Desk | 16 Feb 2022 11:53 AM GMTLooks like the tickets issue in Andhra Pradesh is coming to an end finally. Recently, the Tollywood stars had a meeting with AP Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and requested him to reconsider the restrictions applied and the reduction of ticket prices in the state.
The committee set up for looking into the tickets issue is going to have a meeting on Thursday at 11:30 AM and will present their report to the government. According to reports, Tollywood is going to get a positive news from the officials tomorrow.
The government stated that the committee will make a decision regarding the ticket prices on 17th when Chiru and Co met CM Jagan at his camp office.
News is that the committee suggested 40 percent of seats in theatres for economy class and the rest to premier category. Also, they reportedly will remove the deluxe category.
If the ticket rates are finalized, all the summer releases will be heavily benefitted. Especially, Pawan Kalyan's 'Bheemla Nayak' which will be the first big release after the announcement will have enormous collections.
As we know, stars like Chiranjeevi, Mahesh Babu, Prabhas, directors Rajamouli and Koratala Siva met CM Jagan a few days back along with R Narayanamurthy, Posani, Ali and others.
Recently, MAA president Manchu Vishnu met with Jagan on Tuesday and discussed the problems which are being faced by the film industry. Looks like all their efforts have succeeded. Let us wait for the official announcement from the government on Thursday.
