Not many knew, Bhumi Pednekar had put on 23 kgs for her role in the debut movie. During this period, She didn't restrict herself and ate whatever she want from pizzas to snacking.
Post the release of her maiden project, Bhumi Pedneker began shedding her weight to flaunt a svelte figure. She succeeded in achieving the desired look after five months by making few changes in her diet and hitting the gym regularly.
Apart from walking, Bhumi made it a habit to do workouts in gym for one hour per day. Thereafter, She increased the time to 2 hours a day. She is also playing badminton and does swimming.
Bhumi used to start her day with 2-glasses on lukewarm water with a single drop of lime. Three egg whites and one slice of non-wheat bread for Breakfast. One bowl of Daal and Non-wheat Rotis for Lunch. In the evening, She would take skimmed milk/black coffee/green tea with Almonds. Salad, Grilled Fish or Chicken for Dinner.
