Bhoomika Chawla debuted in 2000 and her Roja poolu film made her a star. She followed it by Khushi, Simhadri, Okkadu and Missamma, Anasuya. She then did more lady oriented movies but she couldn't receive same amount of success like she did before. After, Laddu Babu, she took break from films as she became a Mom.
She re-entered into films with M.S. Dhoni and then, got an opportunity in MCA too. She did a good job as Sister-in-law of Nani and with her being available to act in good and powerful sister roles, many Telugu filmmakers are looking to cast her in such roles.
Naga Chaitanya is doing a film, Savyasachi with Chandu Mondeti, Premam director, and they have decided that for an important role they need Bhoomika Chawla.
