The entire film industry is going to face a tough time after the lockdown is lifted. The Coronavirus has not just obstructed our daily lives but also shattered many future plans. The film industry is going to be most affected as it may take a lot of time for it to regain its lost glory.
There will be a lot of rules laid on the theatres regarding its reopening, occupancy, and others. This will lead to a lot of chaos. Not getting enough revenues from theatres will make the producers run behind the OTT platforms. Also, they may not have enough money to give to regular workers and publicists. The decision of releasing in OTT platforms will bring troubles as the distributors and buyers will be upset by this.
