'Bimbisara' Hits The Bull's Eye On Day1!

There was a lot of talk going on about the audience not coming into the theatres. But it has been proved time and again that movie lovers are willing to spend their bucks if the content is appealing. It is what happened for 'Bimbisara' which was released on 5th August. The teaser and trailer attracted the audience and the promotions were uniquely done. There were good expectations on the movie and the team managed to meet them with their good work.
Kalyan Ram's socio-fantasy film is running successfully in theatres right now. The trade experts claim that the movie earned a share of 6.3 crores in the Telugu states on its very first day. Since the theatrical rights were sold for 13 crores in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, it has recovered 50% of the money already.
The collections were exceptional in areas like Nizam, Ceeded, Nellore and Vizag areas. It is safe to say that the buyers have a good chance of entering the safe zone by the end of this weekend. Going into the total collections on Day1, it got a share of 6.27 crores. It minted 2.12 crores in Nizam and 1.3 crores in the Ceeded region. While the Vizag area brought 90 lakhs, the money from the East and West Godavari region summed up to 79 lakhs. The collections in Krishna and Guntur regions were 34 lakhs and 57 lakhs respectively while 26 lakhs were earned from the Nellore district.
