Bmc's Sensational Comments On Sonu Sood Project Him In A Bad Light

The Mumbai civic body Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) in the affidavit filed at the Bombay High Court on Tuesday termed the actor as a "habitual offender".
The affidavit was filed by the BMC as a response to Sonu Sood's petition challenging the notice served by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) against him in October 2020.
The civic body told the court that, Sonu Sood is a "habitual offender" and alleged that went on with the unathorised construction work even after the demolition action was taken on two occasions.
The BMC served notices to Sonu Sood after he reportedly made some structural changes in the six-storey residential building 'Shakti Sagar' to convert the building into a commercial hotel.
The BMC went on to say that back in September 2018, the action was taken against the illegal construction which belongs o Sonu Sood. Despite this, he carried out the construction. Later on November 12, 2018, the unathorised work was demolished. ‘
However, the actor claimed that he has sought all the required permissions from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) to change the residential property to a commercial one.
