Bollywood Actress Clarifies About Her Statements on Akshay Kumar!

Recently film actress Shanti Priya said in an interview that superstar Akshay Kumar made some comments on her skin colour back in those days. This news went completely viral on the internet and Shanti Priya had to post on her social media in order to given an explain what her intentions were.
She said, "I want to make it clear, making those comments were @akshaykumar's way of being playful with me. Even though his comments stayed with me for a while, I believe he didn't mean to hurt me or cause me distress. I adore all of his work and wish him love & luck for his future."
During her interview, Shanti Priya said that she always used to wear colour strokes and Akshay once commented on her knees for which the entire crew laughed which made her uncomfortable. She said that she even cried at that time. She said that her colour became her biggest bane in the industry as she faced a lot of discrimination and even lost her confidence due to it. She acted with Akshay in films like 'Ikke Pe Pakka' and 'Saugandh'.
