Popular Actress Lashes Out On Saaho Makers

Many of the Indian filmmakers copy their posters from the posters of foreign films. These days, they are blatantly copying from foreign artworks without giving any credits. A few weeks back, a foreign artist claimed that his artwork is copied in the posters of Judgementall Hai Kya and he wasn't credited for that.
Now, Prabhas starrer Saaho landed in similar trouble but this time a popular celebrity has lashed out on the makers for copying artwork. Bollywood actress Lisa Ray posted a poster of Saaho and also attached the original picture of it. She stated that the producers did not contact the creator, ask her permission or offer to collaborate or offer a credit.
"I believed the Hindi film industry was evolving necessarily past stealing storylines and rampant plagiarism but the producers of Saaho have obviously not gotten the memo when it comes to art," Lisa further added. The makers of Saaho are yet to respond on this issue.
