Bollywood Hero Sells His Flat For Whopping 45.75 Cr!

Bollywood stars live a very luxurious life and there is nothing new about it. They spend heavily on houses, cars and properties which looks jaw dropping to the normal people. Recently, Abhishek Bachchan sold his apartment at Worli in Mumbai. He sold it for a whopping prize of 45.75 crores. This lavish apartment has a total area of 7527 square feet and it is on the 37th floor of Oberoi 360. The 'Guru' actor bought it in 2014 for 41 crores and sold it for a profit of around 4.5 crores after 7 years.
It is an area of big stars as Shahid Kapoor owns an apartment in the same building and it is worth around 56 crores and 'Khiladi' Kumar Akshay's flat is also in the same building and it costs around 53 crores. Not just them but actress Rani Mukharjee and Disha Patani too bought sea-facing flats in that area which are worth 7,12 crores and 5.95 crores respectively.
These staggering rates are blowing the minds of regular people. On the film front, Abhishek Bachchan was last seen in the Amazon web series 'Breathe: Into The Shadows' and 'Big Bull' which is available on Hotstar. It is based on a controversial man Harshad Mehta. His wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will be seen in Mani Ratnam's upcoming movie 'Ponniyin Selvan' which is being made on a grand scale.
