Bomb Threat to Simbu's Father

The controversy against Simbu's Beep Song is getting uglier by the day. Now the actor's father faced ire of the protestors and as per reports one of the activist threatened with bomb.
An unidentified person has reportedly called up actor Simbu's father and senior director T Rajendar and stated that a bomb has been planted in his bungalow located at Perur. Panicked with the development Rajendar immediately called 108 and the police control room.
Police teams who rushed to the bungalow thoroughly searched the place and concluded that it was a hoax call. It was later identified that a woman made the call using a male voice. Police has launched an investigation to nab the caller.
The Beep sonf created by Simbu had enraged woman organisations in the state and officials believe a member of one such organisation might have made the call.Simbu has not made a public appearance since the 'Beep song' controversy broke out and police case was registered against him.
Meanwhile, his father T Rajendar has been fervently praying at various temples for his legal troubles to go away.
