Boney Is Stopping Janhvi's South Debut

From the past few weeks, the media is widely reporting that Sridevi's daughter Janhvi Kapoor is not showing any interest to act in South Indian films, which paved a path for stardom for her mother. It was also added that Janhvi turned down a good offer of acting alongside Vijay Deverakonda in his upcoming film directed by Puri Jagannath.
Later, her father and well-known producer Boney Kapoor issued a press statement telling that there is no truth in the new of his daughter looking down upon South films. He added that Janhvi will do a South Indian film if provided with a right script. The latest buzz suggests that Boney is the real culprit in the issue.
Apparently, the star producer rejected Puri's offer by saying that his daughter will only act in big-budget projects. Puri is a star director down here and acting in his film will give a boost up for Janhvi down the South. Anyways, it is now clear that Boney is not interested in making his daughter act in South Indian films anytime soon.
