Sending a letting and a bouquet is quite common but Pawan referred the 'Supreme' hero as 'Sai Dharam Teja gaaru' in that letter which is raising eyebrows. Sai Tej is overjoyed with the gesture from his uncle Pawan as he took to social media and shared his happiness. But everyone is questioning what is the need in addressing his own nephew in such a formal manner.
