Boxoffice Run Of 'Jathi Ratnalu' Ends With Huge Profits In Hand

Young and talented hero Naveen Polishetty's comic entertainer 'Jathi Ratnalu' which released on 11th March got a positive talk right from the word go and fetched wonderful collections. The magnitude of its success was quite unexpected and the makers are over the moon. With 'Vakeel Saab' releasing, the film's box-office run finally came to an end and let us see how much it earned worldwide.
Directed by Anudeep and produced by Nag Ashwin under 'Swapna Cinema' banner, 'Jathi Ratnalu' had Naveen Polishetty, Rahul Ramakrishna and Priyadarshi playing lead roles while Faria is the heroine. Prior to the release, the film was promoted aggressively by the team and the theatrical rights were sold for 10.8 crores. By the end of its theatrical run, 'Jathi Ratnalu' got 16 crores from Nizam area alone. The collections in Ceded region were 4.27 crores while Uttarandhra brought 3.97 crores. The money from East and West Godavari was 1.92 crores and 1.52 crores. While the Guntur region brought 2.08 crores, Krishna and Nellore areas minted 1.85 crores and 91 lakhs respectively. Only the whole, the film got a share of 32.52 crores in Telugu states while the gross was 52.25 crores.
It got 1.72 crores from Rest Of India while the overseas market showed a lot of love towards 'Jathi Ratnalu' by giving 4.28 crores. Totally, it bagged a share of 38.52 crores. The film earned a huge profit of 27.02 crores and stood fourth in the list of medium-range films which ended up in a lot of profits. 'Geetha Govindam', 'Uppena' and 'Fidaa' took the first three spots.
