Brahmotsavam to end up as Double Disaster

A new term 'Double Disaster' was created by the Tollywood Trade Circles. If films like 'Soggade Chinni Nayana' are termed as 'Double Blockbuster' for earning double the required revenue, 'Brahmotsavam' is likely to be ranked as 'Double Disaster' for falling to earn even half of what is required.
After a poor opening, Huge drops could be seen in the case of 'Brahmotsavam' on Day 2 itself inspite of Weekend. The Second Day AP & Nazam share could be just around Rs 3 crore. This Family Drama has been a complete wash out in B & C Centres. Even in A Centres, Collections weren't to o big enough to compensate the losses incurred in mass circuits.
If the same trend continues, 'Brahmotsavam' Worldwide full run share could be well short of Rs 40 crore. This is a terrible news after a pre-release theatrical business of Rs 74 crore. Feels sorry for Distributors & Exhibitors!
