Loss Estimates of Brahmotsavam

People came to know about the fate of 'Brahmotsavam' on Day 1 itself. Distributors and Exhibitors have been coping with sleepless nights since then they were so worried about the high asking rate.
'Brahmotsavam' pre-release theatrical business stood at Rs 73 crore. Sadly, The collections weren't up to the mark from Day 1 and it got only worse during the Weekdays. Inspite of heavy trimming, There is no sign of recovery from the terrible collapse.
While the Mahesh-starrer fetched around Rs 22 crore in Telugu States, It did got a gross of over Rs 7 crore in Overseas after the rights were sold for Rs 13 crore. Overall, The Family Drama managed to cross the Rs 35 crore mark.
Total Loss is estimated to be close to Rs 40 crore. Will Mahesh Babu take the initiative to save the investors? What plans does he have to compensate the heavy loss? Wait till Superstar's return from Vacation!
