Brand Endorsement Lands SRK's Wife In Legal Trouble!

Last year, the whole of Shah Rukh's family went through a lot because his son Aryan Khan was arrested and kept in jail for allegedly consuming drugs.
The media's focus was entirely on the youngster as long as he was behind the bars. Now, it is turn of SRK's wife Gauri Khan as an FIR was filed against her over a property purchase in Lucknow. Going into the details, the FIR was filed by Jaswant Shah who is a Mumbai resident. Under Section 409 (criminal breach of trust), the producer had a complaint filed on her.
Apparently, Gauri Khan endorsed a real estate company from which Jaswant Shah bought a property worth of 86 lakhs. He says that Gauri Khan's advertisement was a key factor in influencing him to purchase the property. Apparently, this property was allotted to some other buyer now. Along with Gauri, the real estate company MD and director of Tulsiyani Construction and Development Limited has also landed in legal trouble. The property is in Lucknow area and we need to see how things pan out in the coming days.
