Omkar Annayya's second directorial âRaju Gari Gadhi" starring Ashwin Babu, Dhanya Balakrishna has received positive reviews from film critics. The film is making good collections. Before releasing the film no one has faith in the movie as it didnât have any star cast. None of the buyers showed interest on the film when Omkar offered to sell rights. As no one came forward Omkar sold the rights to other producers.
Now the film is making good amount of collections and the producers who gambled on the film were very happy. Buyers who are willing to pay huge amounts for big budget movies is not considering about this type of films. The success of the film proved that small films could turn into money churners.
"Raju Gari Gadhi" is a horror comedy and the film is about a mystery palace (mahal) in a village. Whoever dares to unravel the mystery gets killed and a TV channel starts a reality show. How the Participants manage to survive in the mysterious Mahal forms the crux of the movie.
