Telugu Film Chamber's New President elected

Producer C Kalyan won the election held at Vijayawada for the post of President of the Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce. His Term will last for a period of one year.
Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce have four sectors, namely Producer Sector, Distributor Sector, Exhibitor Sector and Studio Sector. This year, President's Post has been reserved for the Studio Sector.
C Kalyan and Gemini Kiran were in race for the President's post. Although the contest was so close, C Kalyan gained an upper hand in the end gaining more votes than his Opponent. While Mr. Kalyan got 26 votes, Kiran managed to get only 19 votes out of total 45 votes.
D Suresh Babu served as the President of Telugu Film Chamber for the year 2015-16.
