It is well-known that the second season of the popular Hindi web series 'Family Man' is coming out of June 4th. Since the first season was a huge hit, there are a lot of expectations on the second one and the perfect trailer raised them to another level. Created by Raj & DK, 'Family Man 2' has Samantha playing the lead antagonist.
After looking at the trailer, many people wanted to ban the arrival of the second season as it reportedly has the chance of hurting the sentiments of Tamilians. A few letters were sent to the central government too and we need to see how things turn out.
On the other hand, it is to be seen how the show's creators Raj & DK reach high expectations over the second part. A lion's share of sequels have not worked out in the Indian industry. Not just the films but many web series disappointed with their second seasons. Popular series 'Sacred Games' which was one of the main reasons for OTT platforms to become popular in India came up with its second season in 2019 but it was so disappointing. The same happened with super hit Amazon Prime web series 'Mirzapur'. The first season was a sensation but 'Mirzapur 2' failed to reach the high expectations.
We need to wait and see if 'Family Man' breaks this sentiment and becomes a hit or not. The show has already been renewed to the third season.
