It has set the cash registers ringing in the first weekend. The film crossed 500 crores in four days and the Kannada film lovers were ecstatic to see their film becoming such a huge hit across the nation.
The super success of 'KGF Chapter 1' helped the second chapter a lot. The pre-release business in the Telugu states cross 100 crores. Trade reports suggest that 'KGF Chapter 2' minted 64 crores in the first weekend in Telugu state. It got 33 crores alone from the Nizam area.
This is a huge number for a dubbed film and it may cross Rajnikanth's '2.0' lifetime collections in Telugu within the next few days. '2.0' is the biggest hit in Rajni's career here as it earned 70 crores. 'KGF -2' is sure to cross it.
