Can Koratala Overcome 'Rajamouli Curse'?

Rajamouli is a name that needs no introduction. He became a director that the entire nation respects and his every film is now getting enormous reception. He never scored a single flop in his career till date. Also, he gives the biggest hits in hero's career. The craze of star heroes increases so much that the expectations set by the audience will never be reached by their next film.
That is the reason why you see most of the heroes who score super hits with Rajamouli immediately gets a flop. NTR's next film after 'Simhadri' was 'Andhrawala'. Nithiin's next hit after 'Sye' was 'Ishq' which came after 8 years and Prabhas too faced a few flops after 'Chatrapathi'.
Ravi Teja too faced the same experience as his 'Baladoor' flopped badly after 'Vikramarkudu'. NTR's 'Kantri' was a failure as it came out after 'Yamadonga'. The same happened to Ram Charan's 'Orange' after 'Magadheera'. Even Sunil and Nani had to go through failures after 'Maryada Ramanna' and 'Eega respectively'.
We all know that 'Saaho' and 'Radhe Shyam' ended up as flops after a game-changing 'Baahubali' franchise. Now both NTR and Ram Charan have got their biggest hit in their careers with 'RRR'. This multi-starrer is working wonders at the box office and fans are going gaga over it but they are worried about their upcoming projects.
Interestingly, the immediate releases of both these heroes are going to be from the same director. He is none other than Koratala Siva who did not get a single flop till date. As we know, NTR announced a pan-Indian project with Koratala and it is expected to start in May or June.
Though Charan is working with ace filmmaker Shankar at the moment, it will be 'Acharya' which will be arriving by the end of April. It is known that Charan will be playing a crucial role in this film starring Megastar Chiranjeevi in the lead role. We need to wait and see how Koratala handles this added pressure.
'Acharya' is a social drama produced by Matinee Entertainments banner. Kajal Agarwal is the heroine for Chiru while Pooja Hegde will be romancing Charan in this movie.
Mani Sharma is the music composer and the three songs which came out till date turned out to be good hits. There are a lot of noted artists in this project which takes place in a fictional village named Dharmasthali.
