Ravi Teja had been overly dependent on the regular commercial movies that need him to act in a certain way.
But two of such movies without much innovation, Nela Ticket and Touch Chesi Choodu have become flops.
Now, he is doing two movies, one is a different movie from his routine, Amar Akbar Anthony, where he is playing three characters.
There is a novelty of him trying three characters in Srinu Vaitla's movie but Theri remake is another commercial story. Also, many know the story of the movie.
Santhosh Srinivas who made Kandireega is directing the movie. He promised that they have changed 70% of the original.
The director after Kandireega made Rabhasa and Hyper, but both became disasters at the box office.
So, the onus is more on Ravi Teja now to pull off a movie that has a story that we all know. Let's wait and see, how Ravi will fit into the story and make it his own.
