Why case registered on Star Hero's wife?

Star hero Akshay Kumar's wife Twinkle Khanna revealed that people have no business of themselves and pointed out at the case registered on her.

Actually couple of years back Akshay Kumar has walked on a ramp and he asked his wife to unbutton his pants on the ramp to promote the 'unbuttoned' brand of a jeans. Though Twinkle unbuttoned just top button, someone lodged complaint with police station stating that she assaulted a man in public.

She got arrested and released immediately on 500 rupees bail, but the case is said to be still going on. Despite Twinkle unbuttoning her own husband's button, one wonder how law is acting on her.
