Another top heroine Rakul Preet Singh bought a duplex house in Hyderabad.. she has also started gym business as well. Another beauty Catherine Tresa is joining them now. This Bengaluru beauty is presently busy with the promotions of her upcoming film 'Gautham Nanda'.

During the promotions, she has revealed that she liked Hyderabad very much.. so she has purchased flat in a posh locality near film industry. She also revealed that she is learning Telugu with the help of a tutor now. She is confident that she will dub her voice in Telugu in future.

'Gautham Nanda' is slated for release on this Friday. Catherine played a crucial role in Rana-Teja film 'Nene Raju Nene Mantri'.. she appeared in a special song in Boyapati Sreenu-Bellamkonda Srinivas film 'Jaya Janaki Nayaka'. They are also getting ready for release soon. As all these films are crazy projects Catherine said to have decided to settle down in Hyderabad.
