Elections in Telangana were held on April 30 but not many film stars were involved in the electioneering for any party, except for Pawan Kalyan who joined the TDP-BJP electioneering and Chiranjeevi for the Congress.But seemandhra have witnessed many film stars including likes of Raja,Balakrishna ,Kodandarami reddy and Puri Jagannath and some others.
As we reported earlier Director Puri Jagannadh has finally came out in public to support Y.S Jagan's CM candidature. Its known that Puri brother is contesting on YSR Congress party ticket for Narsipatnam constituency (Vizag Rural).
Puri has campaigned for Umashankar on previous day and he was spotted interacting with the locales of Narsipatnam and asking them to vote for Ganesh. Puri had participated in the roadshow and asked people to vote for his brother but did not mention the name of the party or the party symbol.
Currently, Puri Jagannath is busy with the script work of his next movie ‘Kummestha’ which is going to be with Jr.NTR, after a very long gap.
