What's wrong about Ranveer's butt?: CBFC Chief

Ranveer Singh's butt expose sequence has become a talking point everywhere after the release of 'Befikre'. People questioned how did Censor Board which even chopped lip-lock scenes in the past approved it.
CBFC Chief Pahlaj Nihalani explains: 'We have trimmed Ranveer Singh's butt scene. What you see in 'Befikre' is just a glimpse, nothing more. The context of the scene matters the most. In this case, He is with his girlfriend in the bedroom and they are doing what couples does when they are alone. What's wrong about it?'.
Mr.Nihalani defends the multiple kissing scenes in 'Befikre'. He says they smooches are part of the narration and they are unlike the lengthy shots in films such as 'Spectre', 'Tamasha' and 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil'.
Pahlaj Nihalani reminds CBFC has permitted butt shots in Madhur Bhandarkar's 'Jail' and some of Hollywood films in the recent past.
