As we know, Megastar Chiranjeevi's 'Acharya' turned out to be a big failure. It put an end to Koratala Siva's success streak as a director and made sure that the myth about Rajamouli's heroes getting a big flop after getting a hit with him stays true. There is a talk that the film may witness heavy losses and the buyers are already trying to get compensation from the makers.
While Mega fans are severely disappointed, fans of the Manchu family are enjoying the failure of 'Acharya' according to many. A few months back, Mohan Babu arrived with a film named 'Son Of India'. The veteran actor who did over 500 films in his career had to see his film getting revenue in lakhs. Not even a bunch of people watched it on the big screens.
There were no advance bookings for that film and only few tickets were sold on the first day which led to a lot of trolls. Anti fans and netizens had a field day with 'Son Of India'. Fans of Manchu family heroes believed that Mega fans were behind all this trolling due to their differences with the Mega family during the 'MAA' elections.
Now, Megastar and Ram Charan's 'Acharya' got a disaster talk. The film got a universal negative talk right from the morning shows. Though the first day collections were good, the collections dropped drastically from the second day. Even the bookings are not at all encouraging.
