Why Chakri's Mom & Brother staged dharna?

Property dispute in Chakri's Family hasn't been resolved even one-and-a-half year after the Composer's demise. The clash is between Chakris's Wife Sravani and Other Family Members.
On Monday, Chakri's Mother Vidyavathi and Brother Mahith staged a dharna at the Varun Sargam Villa in Somajiguda accusing a woman named Madhavi of not vacating their flat. They even alleged Chakri's Wife Sravani is behind Madhavi.
Mahith: "Sravani has gone to USA after selling out all the properties. For the past 8 months, Madhavi is neither paying rent nor vacating the premises. She isn't even attending our calls. We even sent legal notices to Madhavi but there is no response".
The cost of the flat is said to be anywhere around Rs 1.2 crore and it was rented for 22,000 per month. Chakri's Brother claims to be paying the loan taken on the flat from some time
